The typical session lasts 50 minutes.

We are not an in-network provider for any insurance company. Some PPO plans have out-of-network benefits that provide partial reimbursement directly to the client. If you would like to find out if your PPO plan has out-of-network benefits you can call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health office visits?
  • If so, do I have a deductible?
  • What percentage is covered after the deductible has been met?

If this does not make sense to you, you are not alone. We can call your insurance company on your behalf. For our clients that utilize out-of-network benefits we submit, and track, insurance claims so they do not have to.

Life happens. We aim to have flexibility in our schedule to accommodate, to the best of our ability, reschedules as our clients need them. However, for cancelations we ask for 24 hours notice. No shows and last minute cancelations we do charge the normal session fee.
